Award-Winning Contemporary American Cuisine in the Heart of Manhattan
The Gilded Fork has been redefining fine dining in New York City since 2008. Nestled in a beautifully restored 19th-century brownstone on the Upper East Side, our restaurant offers an intimate yet sophisticated dining experience that celebrates the best of contemporary American cuisine with seasonal, farm-to-table ingredients.
Our Culinary Philosophy
Executive Chef Marcus Bellingham brings over two decades of culinary expertise to every plate. Trained at Le Cordon Bleu Paris and with stints at three Michelin-starred restaurants across Europe, Chef Bellingham crafts menus that honor classical technique while embracing modern innovation. Every dish tells a story, from our signature dry-aged ribeye with truffle bordelaise to our delicate Hudson Valley foie gras torchon.
The Dining Experience
Our main dining room seats 48 guests beneath a stunning hand-painted ceiling mural and Murano glass chandeliers. The atmosphere strikes the perfect balance between elegance and warmth — refined enough for a milestone celebration, yet comfortable enough for an indulgent weeknight dinner. Our private dining room, The Parlor, accommodates up to 16 guests and is ideal for corporate events, rehearsal dinners, and intimate gatherings.
Wine & Cocktails
Our sommelier-curated wine list features over 400 selections spanning Old and New World vineyards, with particular depth in Burgundy, Napa Valley, and emerging regions. The cocktail program draws on house-made syrups, bitters, and infusions, offering both timeless classics and inventive seasonal creations.
Seasonal Tasting Menu
Experience the pinnacle of our kitchen with the seven-course tasting menu ($185 per person), available with optional wine pairings ($95). The menu changes monthly to reflect the finest seasonal ingredients sourced from our network of local farms and purveyors within a 150-mile radius of Manhattan.
