City Paws Veterinary Clinic has been providing exceptional veterinary care to dogs, cats, and small animals in the Upper West Side since 2010. Founded by Dr. Sarah Kim, DVM, our AAHA-accredited practice combines state-of-the-art diagnostics with a gentle, fear-free approach that puts your pet at ease from the moment they walk through our doors.

Services

Our comprehensive services include wellness exams and vaccinations, dental cleanings and oral surgery, digital radiography (X-rays), in-house laboratory diagnostics, ultrasound imaging, soft tissue and orthopedic surgery, dermatology and allergy management, senior pet care and geriatric medicine, microchipping, nutrition counseling, and behavioral consultations. We also offer same-day sick visits for urgent (non-emergency) concerns.

Our Team

Our team includes three veterinarians, four certified veterinary technicians, and a compassionate support staff — all of whom are dedicated pet owners themselves. We invest in continuing education to stay at the forefront of veterinary medicine, and we take the time to thoroughly explain every diagnosis and treatment option so you can make informed decisions for your pet’s health.

Emergency Care

While we are not a 24-hour emergency facility, we maintain partnerships with the Animal Medical Center and Blue Pearl for after-hours emergencies. During business hours, we accommodate urgent cases wherever possible.
